Mentoring & Coaching
Sessions may take place over the phone or in person with horses (depending on your location).
Examples of things we might work on together include:
Stress/emotional release
Finding a higher level of connection with your horse or companion animal
Connecting with and using your intuition to guide you
Identifying strengths and purpose
Sounding board and synthesizer for creative ideas and projects.
Location
Sessions with horses take place at several locations in NW Portland off of Highway 30 (to be determined based on equine suitability and availability for each individual or group)
For sessions with equestrians focused on connection with your own horses, travel to barns within 25 miles of Portland is included in the session fee. Feel free to ask about feasibility and incremental costs for Locations further out.
Session Pricing:
1:1 Mentoring session with Jen (phone or in person with horses): $100/hr
1:1 Mindful Connection with Horses (ours or yours) - $75/hr
Horse time - Time to groom and love on the horses: $75/person
Small group, 1.5hr sessions (pending demand and availability) - contact us for customized content and pricing for your group or if you are an individual looking to join an existing group.
